Lucie Viktorinová

Lucie graduated in the field of Gender Studies at the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University. Since 2014, she has been actively creating and promoting gender equality in the public sector and through activities in the non-profit space. She is a gender auditor and analyst, specializing in gender inequalities in the labour market, including disparities in pay and representation of women and men in decision-making positions. Lucie is an expert on institutional transformation from a gender perspective as well as on implementing gender mainstreaming at various institutional levels, including public administration. She also focuses on gender inequalities in education and educational systems, including the prevention of gender-based violence.
