Dr. Zuzana Hazubska
Zuzanna Hazubska is a Polish manager, academic teacher, and expert, specializing in the management of higher education institutions (HEIs) and academic governance. She has been actively engaged in supporting the academic community through non-governmental organizations and representative institutions. She has served on the Presidium of the Main Council of Science and Higher Education, with her work focused on improving the structures and processes within HEIs.
Dr. Hazubska holds a PhD in management, with her doctoral dissertation addressing the topic of leadership in HEIs. She has previously worked as an assistant professor at Wrocław University of Science and Technology and as a manager in commercial R&D projects and startups. Currently, she engages in scientific collaboration with the Digital Economy Lab at the University of Warsaw.
In 2024, she served as the Head of the Political Cabinet at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and she currently holds the position of Minister’s Plenipotentiary for Science Policy and Coordinator for Equal Treatment at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Zuzanna Hazubska has also held several roles in non-governmental organizations and regularly shares her knowledge and expertise on science, education, and new technologies as a speaker at numerous congresses and conferences. She has spoken at prestigious events such as the National Congress of Science, the International Congress on Education Quality, the Open Eyes Economy Summit, and the Women’s Congress. Her views on higher education and science have been featured in major national media outlets.
