In the autumn of 2022, WP4 (Gender dimension in R&I) implemented a benchmarking survey that focused, among other things, on initiatives to promote sex/gender analysis among research funding organizations.

The most important findings include:
- Almost all the funding agencies in our sample have developed some initiatives to promote sex/gender analysis in the R&I content
- 60 % of the RFOs have adopted specific policies for integrating the gender dimension in R&I content
- Up to 6 RFOs include an intersectional perspective in their policies to promote the gender dimension in R&I content
